Delete your account
You can delete your Luna account at any time, directly in the app. Deletion is immediate and complete. If you cannot access the app, you can also request deletion by email.
In the app (recommended)
Open Luna, go to Settings, then tap “Delete account”. The account and the associated cycle data are removed right away. No confirmation call, no waiting period.
By email
If you no longer have the app, email us from the address linked to your Luna account. We process the request and delete the account and its data.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account removes your profile, your cycle logs, symptoms, notes, temperature entries and partner links.
- The account and its login credentials
- Cycle data: periods, symptoms, mood, energy, temperature
- Notes and intimacy logs
- Partner links created from your account
Only a minimal record may be kept where the law requires it (for example billing or fraud prevention). Nothing else is retained.
